• Assist the Project Accountant in receiving materials as per MRF and PO, ensuring proper gate entry and documentation.

• Help maintain accurate stock records in ledgers, registers, and ERP on a daily basis.

• Support the preparation of SRVs and ensure timely ERP entries.

• Issue materials to the site and keep proper records of issuance and consumption.

• Assist in preparing daily and monthly stock reports and petty cash statements.

• Participate in physical stock verifications and reconcile with ERP data.

• Support tagging and tracking of fixed assets, ensuring minimal wastage.

• Maintain preliminary records for scrap sales and surplus materials.

• Ensure compliance with store security measures like lock and key protocols.

• Assist in compiling handover reports and coordinating with Head Office as required.
