Responsibilities & Context:
Assist the Project Accountant in receiving materials as per MRF and PO, ensuring proper gate entry and documentation.
Help maintain accurate stock records in ledgers, registers, and ERP on a daily basis.
Support the preparation of SRVs and ensure timely ERP entries.
Issue materials to the site and keep proper records of issuance and consumption.
Assist in preparing daily and monthly stock reports and petty cash statements.
Participate in physical stock verifications and reconcile with ERP data.
Support tagging and tracking of fixed assets, ensuring minimal wastage.
Maintain preliminary records for scrap sales and surplus materials.
Ensure compliance with store security measures like lock and key protocols.
Assist in compiling handover reports and coordinating with Head Office as required.
