Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidates are expected to hold a Post Graduate degree from any reputed foreign university along with a bachelor's degree in business;
∎ Candidates with PhD degrees from reputed foreign universities may get preference;
∎ Candidates must have at least 3 first classes out of last 4 academic degrees;
∎ Candidates must have at least three (03) publications in reputed peer-reviewed journal.

∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, prepare and develop courses and teaching materials and deliver lectures & seminars at CUB;
∎ Assess students' coursework;
∎ Undertake personal research projects and actively contribute to CUB’s research profile;
∎ Carry out administrative tasks related to the department, such as student advising, induction programs and involvement in committees and boards;
∎ Assist MBA/EMBA Director to establish collaborative links with other educational institutions, as well as with industrial, commercial and public organizations;
∎ Work closely with the Faculty Members & Admissions Team to ensure an excellent level of service for the MBA/EMBA programs; and
∎ Assist MBA/EMBA Director to assess the unmet educational needs of the business community and recommends courses of action to meet those needs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates are expected to have at least 3 years of teaching experience at tertiary level. The selection committee may lower this requirement for deserving candidates with PhD degree.
