For the position of Assistant Professor /Lecturer:
B.Sc. in related subject (4 years) with Masters from any reputed universities of Bangladesh or abroad·
Minimum GPA 4 in both SSC & HSC / O Levels & A Levels (3 ‘A’s in O Levels & 2 ‘A’s in A Levels)·
Degree: 4 years Bachelor with Honors degree + Master/ equivalent degree in a relevant discipline (min. 3.5 on a scale of 4)
Experience: 5 years of active teaching experience in a reputed university
Publication: 3 publications in peer-reviewed journal of Q1/ Q2/ Q3 rated (at least 1 as first author) ·
Degree: M.Phil. or equivalent degree from a reputed university
Experience: 3 years of active teaching experience in a reputed university
Publication: 2 publications in peer-reviewed journal of Q1/ Q2/ Q3 rated (at least 1 as first author) ·
Degree: PhD or equivalent degree from a reputed university
Experience: 2 years of active teaching experience in a reputed university
Publication: Publications in peer-reviewed journal of Q1/ Q2/ Q3 rated (at least 1 as first author)·

Responsibilities & Context:
For the position of Assistant Professor /Lecturer:
- Preparing and delivering lectures, tutorials, workshops and seminars.
- Developing curriculum and course material that can be used across a number of platforms.
- Consulting with academic peers and senior faculty members to improve teaching methods and enrich knowledge.
- Evaluating students' performance according to the methods prescribed by the Outcome Based Education (OBE) system.
- Collaborating with academicians and industry stakeholders for conducting research, writing journal articles and books, project proposals for funds·
- Pursuing higher education·
- Participating in conferences, seminars symposiums and other events in and outside of the institution.·
- Participating in training opportunities and initiatives at the institution.·
- Providing support to students and other colleagues.·
- Executing tasks assigned by the Superior/Head/Dean/Higher authority.
