Educational Requirements:
∎ Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with minimum two First Class/Div/A Grade out of which one First Class/Div/A Grade Undergraduate/Graduate Program.
∎ At least 02 year of teaching experience at university level.
∎ Must have at least 01 publications to his/her credit.
∎ OR
∎ M. Phil in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with minimum two First Class/Div/A Grade.
∎ At least 03 years of teaching experience at university level.
∎ Must have 01 publications to his/her credit.
∎ OR
∎ A 04 years BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with Masters in EEE from reputed universities. Must have achieved at least 03 x First Class/Div/A Grade in the entire educational curriculum.
∎ At least 03 years of teaching experience at university level.
∎ Must have 02 publications to his/her credit.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ BAIUST solicits applications for the post of Assistant Professor under the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
∎ To teach undergraduate courses confirming to the approved syllabus guidelines of the university with particular emphasis on fundamental education in all areas of Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
∎ To provide service and leadership to the Department; to external academic and Communities.
∎ To contribute to research through high quality publications.
∎ In the area of teaching, the successful candidate will share a deep commitment to effective instruction at the undergraduate level, development of innovative courses and mentoring of students in research and professional development.
∎ To ensure that teaching content is appropriately informed by current research and advance scholarly activity.
∎ To develop pedagogical techniques designed to meet the needs of the diverse learning styles and intellectual interests.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the University Authority.

∎ As per University`s Service Policy. (Assistant Professor Grade-6).
