Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the receipt and issuance of materials to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
∎ Ensure warehouse operations adhere to compliance standards and regulations.
∎ Maintain safety stock levels and re-order points to guarantee uninterrupted operations.
∎ Coordinate regularly with local sales authorities for alignment on stock and material needs.
∎ Conduct regular stock cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
∎ Prepare and maintain inventory aging reports for better stock management.
∎ Monitor non-moving and slow-moving materials, implementing corrective actions as needed.
∎ Administer warehouse operations including labor, depot, and ghat management.
∎ Supervise warehouse administration tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
∎ Perform any additional duties as assigned by management related to warehouse management.
