∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ Training on Sourcing & Procurement
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders to identify procurement needs.
∎ Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective, high-quality products and services.
∎ Conduct market analysis to identify the best supply sources.
∎ Manage supplier pre-qualification and RFQ/RFP processes.
∎ Analyze supplier offers and perform cost-benefit analysis for selection.
∎ Prepare negotiations and oversee contract awarding.
∎ Monitor supplier performance and maintain relationships.
∎ Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
∎ Identify improvement areas to enhance efficiency and results.
∎ Assess and mitigate supply risks while ensuring regulatory compliance.
∎ Provide reports to users, plants, and management as required.
