Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor Degree from any reputed university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect order sheets from the Order Development (OD) team
∎ Prepare requisitions through software as per the ratio and cost of the trims and accessories
∎ Coordinate with Procurement and Design Department regarding the requisitions
∎ Assist the Procurement Department regarding purchases, as and when required
∎ Check the ratio(s) and cost(s) of the trims and accessories of the requisition(s) received from the production centers
∎ Ensure receiving trims and accessories in the right quality and right quantity as per the requisitions along with challans from the Procurement Department
∎ Communicate the concern OD team regarding the received trims and accessories
∎ Maintain records of the requisition(s), trims and accessories, sample(s) and delivery challan(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ 1 year of relevant work experience
∎ Knowledge of logistics management and distribution management
∎ Understanding of purchase knowledge
∎ Good analytical ability and interpersonal skill
