∎ Willing to live and work in factory premises at Mirzapur, Tangail.
∎ At least 5 years practical experience on plant and workplace safety.
∎ Having a certificate of training from the Bangladesh Fire Service and Civil Defense (FSCD) or any recognized institution.
∎ Six months Fire Safety Manager Course Certificate from Bangladesh Fire Service and Civil Defense (FSCD) will be preferred

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, implement and oversee fire safety protocols and procedures.
∎ Conduct regular inspections to identify potential fire hazards and risks and develop corrective and preventive action plans to mitigate those risks.
∎ Monitor and ensure that the facility’s fire hydrants, fire pumps and fire extinguishers are adequate and are working properly.
∎ Set an in-house strong firefighting and rescue team with participation from all the departments.
∎ Develop and conduct fire training for in-house firefighters, rescuers, new employees, and security personnel.
∎ Conduct periodical firefighting & evacuation drills to aware all workers & staff.
∎ Maintain liaison with regulatory authorities and ensure that the workplace is compliant with all relevant safety related certificates, registration and regulations.
∎ Ensure firefighting training from Fire Service & Civil Defense authority.
∎ Must be knowledgeable on the installation of Fire Alarm, Smoke Detector as well as Complete Fire Hydrant System.
∎ Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
