Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and guide assembly line operators to achieve the daily production target as per the production plan.
∎ Train and monitor operators to ensure the production of defect-free, high-quality motorcycles.
∎ Ensure adherence to process parameters to maintain consistency and process reliability in the assembly line.
∎ Oversee and monitor productivity, ensuring a smooth workflow throughout the assembly section.
∎ Check and maintain daily torque calibration records at designated workstations.
∎ Ensure safety protocols are followed for both personnel and machinery in the assembly area.
∎ Implement and maintain “5S” practices across the assembly floor.
∎ Monitor and maintain records of consumable usage, and manage stock levels of tools, accessories, and consumable items.
∎ Prepare and submit daily production reports to management.
∎ Physically follow up on assembly operations, addressing and resolving issues promptly.
∎ Supervise initiatives to increase productivity and reduce overall production costs.
∎ Collaborate and coordinate with foreign delegates to implement technical guidance, process improvements, and production quality enhancements for new projects and model introductions.
