Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper storage of all raw materials, finished goods and spare parts.
∎ Raise material requisition according to the demand of production department.
∎ Prepare GRN (Good Receipt Note) in due time by using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.
∎ Ensure daily materials delivery from store to production floor as per their demand.
∎ Update daily consumption & take out of raw materials, daily stock status in the software.
∎ Ensure store reorder level, over stock level, FEFO (First Expire First Out), FIFO (First-in, First-out), LIFO (last-in, First-out) systems.
∎ Conduct training of store keepers to provide correct items against the demand.
∎ Prepare different types of reports i.e. daily production report, raw material consumption report, inventory report, dispatch report.
∎ Maintain record of scrap materials and update to the management accordingly.
∎ Assist in internal auditor during annual internal inventory audit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Practical experience in Microsoft word, excel and email correspondence.
∎ Sound written and verbal communication skill in Bengali and English.
∎ Interpersonal skill and team work skill & problem solving skill.
∎ Efficient in manpower and resource planning.
∎ Sound knowledge in store/warehouse & inventory management.
