∎ B.Sc in Engineering (Mechanical/IP) from any reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): After Sales Service, FG and Spare Storage Process, Spare parts, Spare Parts Sourcing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Group of Companies, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Generate effective spare parts purchase demand to meet customer requirements
∎ Monitoring Spare Parts Central warehouse inbound and out bound activities
∎ Ensure proper Planning to increase spare parts revenue
∎ Support field service and sales team regarding spare parts related issues
∎ Develop stable ERP and eCommerce system
∎ Ensure ecommerce website customer management and ordered product timely deliver
∎ Arrange Training for spare parts and COCO team about order making and inventory control
∎ Manage proper Spare Parts Inventory by minimizing slow moving and dead stock
∎ Follow-up RAL all customers spare parts requirements and delivery
∎ Guide subordinate to ensure their duties and responsibility according to rules
∎ Work with cross functinal management
∎ Complete any assign task by supervisor as and when required

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years exposure in similar position.
∎ Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.
∎ Strong oral and written communications skills.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
∎ Capable of managing Spare Parts Business independently.
∎ Well conversant in modern store and inventory management and inventory software like SAP, IFS.
∎ Prepare and produce necessary reports to the authority time to time.
∎ Travel frequently all over the country and overseas is required.

Salary: Negotiable
