Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Designing, developing, and testing instrumentation and control systems for industrial processes.
∎ Specifying instruments, control valves, transmitters, and ensuring proper MOC (Material of Construction) suitable for corrosive chemicals like Caustic and Hydrogen Peroxide.
∎ Creating schematics and implementing control strategies using PLC and SCADA software tools.
∎ Carrying out routine inspection, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of plant instrumentation systems.
∎ Monitoring and analyzing process data from field instruments to support operational efficiency.
∎ Leading instrumentation-related projects including budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
∎ Coordinating with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure system reliability.
∎ Ensuring compliance with all applicable industry safety standards and regulations.
∎ Training production personnel and supervising junior instrumentation staff.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with instrumentation in corrosive chemical environments and strong knowledge of process automation.
