Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan & oversees the facility's maintenance program; identifies & analyzes failures and takes corrective actions for Electromechanical Maintenance as well as installation and commissioning of various new types of equipment’s & machinery and maintain proper documentation.
∎ Ensure operations & maintenance of Sub-station, Generator, Boiler, Air Compressor, Cooling Tower, HVAC System , RMS of Natural Gas, ETP, WTP, Elevator etc. and maintain record.
∎ To oversees calibration & qualification plan and ensure instruments & equipment are calibrated & qualified correctly as well as provide accurate measurements and maintain record.
∎ Spare parts assessment, Estimation and raise the purchase requisition as well as check the BOQ-Quotation & CS ; finally check the quality & quantity of received materials.
∎ Monitor day-to-day activities of the Technical Store and maintain a minimum stock of spare parts/materials.
∎ Review, check, verify/ certify the submitted bill from various suppliers/vendors and forwarded it to the concerned department.
∎ Communicate & Negotiate with Local Suppliers-Vendors- Contractors & Manufacturer for EMP services as per need.
∎ Lead and train to Maintenance team for understating the nature of work as well as conduct weekly meeting.
∎ Ensure smooth liaison with various utility service provider such as DPDC/TITAS/ BERC/ Boiler Office or other related offices to ensure smooth support as well as regulatory works timely renewal of licenses or approvals related to the System.
∎ Evaluate Monthly appraisal & Supervise Leave management system etc.
