Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in a related field.
∎ Retired non-commissioned Army/ Navy officer will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.
∎ Monitor and analyze security risks and make recommendations for improvements.
∎ Supervise security personnel, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
∎ Conduct security audits and risk assessments.
∎ Manage access control systems to ensure only authorized personnel can access the premises.
∎ Conduct regular fire drills and ensure employees are aware of evacuation routes and procedures.
∎ Inspect and maintain fire safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, alarms, and sprinkler systems.
∎ Oversee the operation and maintenance of security cameras and surveillance systems.
∎ Monitor surveillance footage and investigate any suspicious activities or incidents.
∎ Coordinate emergency response procedures and drills.
∎ Provide guidance to employees on emergency response actions.
∎ Respond to security incidents, accidents, or other emergencies as needed.
∎ Document and report security incidents and provide recommendations for prevention.
∎ Conduct security and fire safety training for employees.
∎ Promote a culture of security awareness and compliance among staff.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Experience in security management, fire safety, or related fields.
∎ Knowledge of security and fire safety regulations and best practices.
∎ Strong communication and leadership skills.
∎ Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
