∎ II. Training Needs Assessment/Analysis
∎ III. Training Planning
∎ IV. Training Budgeting
∎ V. Training Facilitation (Online & Physical)
∎ VI. Training Evaluation (Program evaluation)
∎ VII. Trainees' performance evaluation and report submission
∎ VIII. External & internal Communication & Coordination
∎ IX. Assist service training wing to translate module to Bangla and maintaining supporting training docs.
∎ X. Update Manpower statistics or database
∎ XI. Maintain relevant documents (Hard & Soft copies)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
