∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To coordinate with appropriate reporting officer in Recovery issues
∎ To execute/ monitor collections and manage effectively the receivables and achieve the targets set for recovery
∎ Timely achievement of Recovery targets assigned to him and prompt reporting.
∎ It may be noted that the position will involve extensive & frequent travel on almost daily basis. It is not a desk job and most of the time the employee would be outside the office or even out of station. Depending on the recovery work, office timing might also get adjusted.
∎ Assisting in any other departmental work as assigned from time to time
∎ To ensure prompt and best client service

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ 2-3 years' work experiences in the relevant field.
∎ The applicant should have experience in corporate environment.
∎ Effective leader ship skills to motivate clients.
∎ Excellent ability to translate customers current & future needs into actionable Marketing Strategy.
∎ Interpersonal skill, leadership qualities and team management.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Valid driving license.

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
