Educational Requirements:
∎ M. Pharm/B. Pharm or M.Sc / B.Sc in Chemistry/Bio Chemistry/Applied Chemistry from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform formulation development of new products and reformulate existing products to improve quality of the product if required.
∎ Prepare master formula with necessary amendments for the preparation of Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) & Batch Packaging Record (BPR).
∎ Prepare documents & maintain project file and working file to fulfill the demand of ISO guideline and to confirm cGMP requirements.
∎ Prepare process optimization protocol for ensuring the manufacturing process as per development batch and execute process optimization activities in commercial facility.
∎ Ensure monitoring of technology transfer and carry out packaging material checking.
∎ Ensure any other duties time to time as required by the supervisor to run the operation smoothly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-7 years of relevant working experience (R&D Formulation Area of Pharma project) is desired.
∎ Candidates should have the ability to work independently and under strictest deadline, leading capabilities and aggressive selling skill.
∎ Candidate should have strong analytical skills with flexible organization skill, people development skill, decision making and problem solving skills.
∎ Good expertise and adequate knowledge in the area of both inter & intra industries are also desirable.
∎ Age limit is not more than 35 (Thirty Five) years. But it may be relaxed for highly qualified and experienced candidates.
