∎ Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Solid Works.

∎ Ability to make QC document as per Suzuki standard.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure motorcycle quality according to the Suzuki inspection standard.
∎ Maintain the Suzuki rules and regulation as per Suzuki standard.
∎ Ensure the zero-defect bike is delivered to the customer
∎ Implementation of “5S” in the quality control section.
∎ Train quality inspectors according to SUZUKI standards- Prepare daily, monthly, and yearly QC-related reports.
∎ Maintain the tools, equipment and machineries record in the quality section.
∎ Monitor the working process in the working area and develop the process.
∎ Share the defect list with the concern section.
∎ Maintain the repair section, market claim, parts claim, and keep records.
∎ Maintain the parts quality before assemble the bike.
∎ Maintain all documentation work during new model or update version launching.
∎ Maintain all types of materials purchase requisition for QC section.
