Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collection of items and quotation for each item to be purchased for the company and follow up works
∎ Prepare all documents for purchase and procurement of various items needed for Livestock
∎ Arrangement all tender preparation and follow up action
∎ Disposal items process & follow up at R & D farm
∎ Work order & invoice preparation and process approval process
∎ Coordination with ED and GM (F& A), LTL & farm management
∎ Good bargaining ability
∎ Procurement policy making and planning
∎ Forecasting levels of demand for services and products to meet the business needs and keeping a constant check on stock levels;
∎ Conducting analysis to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality;
∎ Liaising between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers;
∎ identifying potential suppliers, visiting existing suppliers, and building and maintaining good relationships with them;
∎ Negotiating and agreeing contracts and monitoring their progress, checking the quality of service provided;processing payments and invoices;
∎ keeping contract files and using them as reference for the future;
∎ Forecasting price trends and their impact on future activities;
∎ Develop procurement analysis and possible outcome for future guide;
∎ Developing an organisation's purchasing strategy;
∎ Producing reports and statistics using computer software;
∎ Evaluating bids and making recommendations based on commercial and technical factors;
∎ Ensuring suppliers are aware of business objectives;
∎ Attending meetings and trade conferences;
∎ training and supervising the work of other members of staff.
∎ Excellent team building & willing to work hard and manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
∎ Responsible to carry out any other activities / responsibilities given by superiors/ authorities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3-5 year experience in Procurement and Operation must have from any Livestock Farm
∎ Must have knowledge in Microsoft Office
Salary: Negotiable
