Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Law (LLM), Bachelor of Law (LLB)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaison with private & government institutions including local police and other forces.
∎ To handle and represent the company in all legal matters.
∎ To ensure credit ability of new dealers through check remain to appointment.
∎ To be able to follow and help in collections due to the company from the deflating customers.
∎ Manage and facilitate all regulatory affairs for the company relating to Government registration, approval and renewal of licenses etc.
∎ Preparing written statement and reply for court hearing.
∎ Provide protocol service to the high officials, expatriate consultants/ employees.
∎ Handle, manage & resolution of employees' conflict as well as grievance issues and disciplinary action procedures.
∎ Responsible for Sourcing, negotiating and procuring / Lease of land, Farm, Feed Mill and services from the local market to meet the Company's operational requirements;
∎ Prepare and maintain pool of suppliers, sellers and service providers, as per business projections;
∎ Negotiate and manage contract terms with suppliers /sellers to ensure value for money, quality standards with technical and operational input from the Vendors / sellers;
∎ Invite, assess, and recommend suppliers' tenders, bids, quotations, and proposals;
∎ Dealing with land related activities such as land measurement, negotiation, purchase, Tax, VAT, mortgage, registration/deed/agreement/bayna, commissioning, etc.
∎ Interactions with the clients, conducting initial meetings with the clients, keeping in touch with clients and follow-up.
∎ To be responsible for preparing and submitting suggestion to the management for efficient and economical way of managing infrastructure.
∎ Perform any other job as assigned by the authority from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Expertise in Debt Recovery
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge in documents of land.
∎ Fluency both in Bangla & English.
∎ Should be proactive, innovative and energetic.
∎ Should have the ability to handle pressure and need to travel across the country.
∎ Should have good computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Office.

Salary: Negotiable
