Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) in Pharmacy or B. Pharm, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in BUMS
∎ Skills Required: Ms Office

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate strategies, generate innovative idea for promotion to create brand value
∎ Prepare training manuals of new products as well as existing products and train-up the MPOs.
∎ Arrange CME/ seminar/ symposium round the year
∎ Search for new products, conduct feasibility analysis and launch new products
∎ Design promo materials, conduct promotional events, train the sales force accordingly, analyze market and sales growth
∎ Observe competitors promotional and marketing activity, design and implement strategic reactions
∎ Update packages of existing products
∎ Coordinating with regulatory affairs department for product registration and approval of promotional materials by drug administration of govt. of Bangladesh.
∎ Organize clinical meeting and scientific seminars
∎ Provide medical and scientific information of doctor's query reply
∎ Conduct clinical trial on different products

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communication Skill.
∎ Willing to work independently as according to Management Guideline.
∎ Good presentation skill.
