Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in Mechanical/IPE/Electrical Engineering/ Masters in Applied Physics from reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage & lead all the activities of packing plant (Filling & Plastic section).
∎ Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed production expectations
∎ Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
∎ Day to day production planning and try to achieve maximum production with required yield and quality by effective utilization of men, machines, and materials.
∎ Observing all technical activities and solving the problems at level best.
∎ Prepare & maintain production plan including budgeting requirements & capital expenditure.
∎ Manage the development & implementation of an effective safety program covering people, product & minimize any risk to stuff or equipment's.
∎ Input Production reports to SAP system.
∎ Develop and implement preventive and condition-based maintenance schedules.
∎ Train and develop operators for efficient and effective running of packing plant.
∎ Investigate and troubleshoot plant/process problems.
∎ Implement and coordinate HACCP and OSHE standards & objectives.
∎ Assist project teams to implementing new projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 8-10 years of hands-on experience in operating modern packing plant.
∎ Conversant with OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 14001:2005 and 22000:2005/HACCP.
∎ Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation related maintenance and troubleshooting.
∎ Strong, dynamic but amiable personality - capable of handling large teams of industrial workers.
