Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in EEE/Mechanical Engineering from BUET/KUET/CUET/RUET/AUST/AIUB/NSU.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures
∎ Liaison with consultants, architects, Govt. Institution, large private organization for new projects.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships by collaborating with them and understanding their needs.
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
∎ Supervise team and develop new channel for products & services.
∎ Be able to maintain good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing personals so as to enhance team building spirit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Water & Plumbing related Electro-mechanical Work.
∎ Already have an established clientele in Public and Private Sector.
∎ Effective knowledge about Swimming Pool, WTP, STP, ETP and application of Electro-mechanical equipment.
∎ Computer skills (MS Office) and Auto Cad (must).
∎ Must be a good team player.
∎ Excellent communication skill in both English & Bengali.
∎ Self-motivated and directed with strong leadership experience.
∎ Good Knowledge about BOQ Preparation & tendering process.
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 60000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
