Job Responsibilities:
∎ Active email communication with foreign suppliers and local buyers.
∎ Telecomunication with foreign suppliers.
∎ Creating documents for purchase.
∎ Organise documents relating to purchase.
∎ Assist in exchane of documents between banks and suppliers.
∎ Assist suppliers and banks with informations during the process of purchase till the end of it.
∎ Verifying documents received from banks and suppliers.
∎ Seeking orders from suppliers regularly through phone and email.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills: Communication and writing in English, quick decision making, management.
∎ Must Be Fluent In English
