∎ Active Email Communication with Foreign Suppliers and Local Buyers.
∎ Telecomunication with Foreign Suppliers.
∎ Creating Documents for Purchase.
∎ Organise Documents Relating to Purchase.
∎ Assist In Exchange of Documents Between Banks and Suppliers.
∎ Assist Suppliers and Banks with Informations During the Process of Purchase till The Closer of The File.
∎ Verifying Documents Received from Banks and Suppliers.
∎ Seeking Orders from Suppliers Regularly Through Phone and Email.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must Be Fluent in English
