Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ B.Sc Engineer in Automobile.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit new and existing clients to capture and analyze client's needs
∎ Ensure team targets (KPI) are met set by departmental head
∎ Pre-inspection preparation, manage installation team all over Bangladesh
∎ Everyday schedule preparation, engineer assign, monitoring client schedule
∎ Product inventory management, product distribution, log maintain and reporting
∎ Arrange monthly, weekly meeting with team and build a strong relationship with team member
∎ Preparation of company's documents such as, all reports, application forms letters etc.
∎ Capabilities to operate customer management software and monitoring the team activities
∎ SIM lifting and client wise SIM distribution
∎ Create New installation point within Dhaka and Outside of Dhaka
∎ Manage all predefine Process and manage all new installations within Dhaka and outside Dhaka
∎ Manage all after sales service, train employees about after sales service so that they can reply and give service
∎ Manage all distributors after sales service and new sales
∎ Create new installation points and after sales service points
∎ Report on sales activities, support activities & others pre-define activities to the top management
∎ Train other support and After Sales Colleagues
∎ Visit clients, attend queries and ensure customer satisfaction
∎ Arrange daily mystery visit to ensure the quality work of team member
∎ Be up to date regarding market intelligence to assist the organization to identify business opportunities in the field of GPS/VTS business.
∎ Develop tools, templates and guidelines for corporate communication products and ensure visual coherence of our brand
∎ Provide installation team strategies tailored to specific clients' needs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years leadership experience (ISP or Automobile experience an advantage)
∎ The applicants should have motorbike driving license and should have motor bike also
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile workshop, ISP, IT Enabled Service, Group of Companies.
Salary:
∎ 25000 + Mobile Allowance.
