Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. (Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering) with good academic records preferably from public university or reputed Private university.
∎ Diploma (Mechanical/RAC/Electrical Engineering) with good academic records preferably from public polytechnic institute.
Job Context:
∎ Vacancy: Multiple vacancies available.
∎ Work place: Work at Construction site office/Head office as per company requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of Building finishes, MEP Coordination & maintenance works, Maintaining General Ledger & Store Ledger, MPR, MRR, Materials Quality & Quantity check, etc.
∎ Project Budget/Project Schedule/Project Cordination/Quality Control.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ At least 05 year(s) experience for B.Sc. Engineers in reputable real estate/construction company. Or
∎ At least 08 year(s) experience for Diploma Engineers in reputable real estate company.
∎ Good leadership and communication skill for efficient project management.
∎ Should have knowledge of Electro-mechanical system design and Specifications.
∎ Experience in Electro-mechanical systems installation and commissioning works i.e. HVAC, Fire Fighting, WTP, Water Pump, Substation, Diesel Generator, Electrical Power Distribution, BMS, Access Control, CCTV etc. in high-rise residential / commercial building.
∎ Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Power Point, MS EXCEL, MS WORD.
∎ Good knowledge in MEP System equipment’s, materials and erection.
∎ Capability of good co-ordination with other departments, contractors, consultants, architects to uphold progress schedule and timely handover of Electro-mechanical systems
∎ Habituated in ERP.
