Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical/Civil
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute the sales strategy to ensure realization of Organization's strategy
∎ Liaison with consultants, architects, Govt. Institution, large private organization for new projects.
∎ Review & Prepare MEP tender documents including CAD (Drawings, Specifications, BOQ).
∎ Supervise MEP work progress on site and monitor adequacy of resources and equipment.
∎ Supervise MEP work quality and compliance with design documents & codes.
∎ Manage interfaces on site between MEP contractors and other trade contractors.
∎ Review & comments on MEP Contractors bills.
∎ Negotiate change orders with clients and vendors.
∎ Meet with various government agencies and organizations for client liaison and new business
∎ Maintenance project team management
∎ Prepare monthly sales report & provide feedback to Supervisor on regular basis
∎ Prepare effective sales plans within set budget, targets and deadlines
∎ Oversee equipment stock and place orders for new supplies when necessary.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 years for BSc. and 6 years for Diploma
∎ Auto CAD expertise is a MUST
∎ Experience with Plumbing drawing, Swimming Pool, ETP, STP, WTP
∎ Effective knowledge about Electro-mechanical equipment.
∎ Good command (Written & Oral) on both English & Bengali
∎ Computer skills (MS Office & Auto CAD)
∎ Good judgement and decision-making skills
∎ Project management skill
∎ Frequent travel within and outside Dhaka
∎ Good Knowledge about BOQ Preparation & tendering process.
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, P/S, F/B
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
