Job Context:
∎ 1 Cooperate Manager, QA to ensure quality assurance and control systems are implemented, maintained and improved in order to assure the quality of products as per Coca-Cola standards and requirements and to meet KPIs set by the company.
∎ Operation
∎ 2 Assist Manager, QA to take appropriate action to ensure that required quality standards are maintained through the process to prevent the recurrence of same issues
∎ Operation
∎ 3 Communicate quality-related decisions and issues effectively to all relevant internal and external parties and suppliers to assure the consistency of standards and providing quality related informations to the Manager, QA to facilitate decision making Quality Assurance
∎ 4 Supervise & guide Executives, Jr. Executives and subordinates time to time & report to the Manager, QA. Responsibility for ensuring duty schedule of all QA personnel Internal Communication
∎ 5 Responsibility for coaching, feedback and development of Quality Assurance personnel.
∎ Responsibility to monitor, assess and improve process capabilities in the plant. Training
∎ 6 Responsible for customer complain handling, maintain records and feedback. Comply all KORE requirement in designated areas for the sake of consumers.
∎ Consumer Satisfaction
∎ 7 Responsible for Sensory analysis for all consumable products and conducting training.
∎ Sensory Evaluation
∎ 8 Responsibility for overall activities of ETP operation ETP Operation
∎ 9 Responsible for sending sample to external laboratory for analysis as per KORE and QDec requirements
∎ External Lab Analysis
∎ 10 Responsible for implementation any type of new SOP as and when required in the plant
∎ Procedure
∎ 11 Responsibility to document, implement and monitor a quality assurance system in accordance with the KORE norms. Documentation
∎ 12 Lead all kinds of technical audits resolve NCs, prepare CAPs in response to Corporate Quality Audit / Internal Quality Audit reports. Audit
∎ 13 Responsibility for the issue of final product specifications for preform and carbon dioxide gas Self manufacturing- preform and CO2
∎ 14 Responsibility for communicate with Manager, QA regarding any deviation in line and mitigate the issues. Non-conformity management
∎ 15 Responsible for implementing and developing QSE culture in the plant. QSE Culture/Score
