Job Responsibilities:
∎ All over Material Requirement Planning & arrangement.
∎ Main item Leather & Lining order and follow-up.
∎ Material availability check & Freezing finalized with Merchandiser's.
∎ Non-Moving project creation to keep minimum inventory.
∎ Ensure IFS (ERP) execution material planning related work.
∎ Order receive from merchandiser & distribute in planning team.
∎ Communicate with Procurement Dept. for material arrangement and problem solving.
∎ Material status update & summarize for production planning.
∎ Cutting material Purchase Requisition & Stock check then approved for order.
∎ Sewing material Purchase Requisition & Stock check then approved for order.
∎ Co-ordination with P/D, Warehouse, Q/A, Production & Costing for fix all kind of problem.
∎ Lasting material Purchase Requisition & Stock check then approved for order.
∎ Leather, Sole & PU lamination Job work order sign follow-up with Planner also Supplier.
∎ Material Planning related report making for top management meeting.
∎ Monthly T & A Monitoring.
