Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Import, Import Commercial
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Spinning, Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Directly communicate with Suppliers and negotiates contract with them.
∎ Arrange shipping details, such as export licenses, customs declaration, and packing, shipping and routing of products.
∎ Sound knowledge of LC, Insurance, Freight forwarding, shipping line etc.
∎ Make categories of the shipment according to the tariff coding system.
∎ To monitor stock level of imported items and LC in pipe line.
∎ To deal with warehousing, transportation, or distribution of goods.
∎ Search for possibilities to reduce taxes, charges etc.
∎ Monitor & manage L/C related work which includes, corresponding with suppliers, opening L/C and its amendment, monitoring, shipment, document retirement formalities and custom clearing, C&F Agent, etc.
∎ Ensure Preparation of Import documents for Bank, C&F, BTMA, Customs, etc.
∎ Provide Vehicle program to C&F agent properly and timely as per import consignment by maintaining proper documentation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Leadership skills and experience.
∎ Employee management; understanding of data privacy standards.
∎ Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
∎ Master in Commerce background will be preferred in case of Manager Post.
∎ Educational background on Accounting or Mathematics will be preferred for Asst. Manager.
∎ At least 5 years relevant experience in case of Asst. Manager.
∎ Above 10 years relevant experience in case of Manager.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): LC terms & Conditions, LC amendment, Goods release from the part, Shipping line, Trading Procedure, Short Claim, Survey & Inspection, Customs functions.
Salary: Negotiable
