∎ Diploma in Engineering in Civil, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Billing, BOQ Analysis, BOQ Preparation, Estimating, Project Budgeting, Rate analysis, Work Schedule
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Engineering Firms
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish the BOQ work item Specification and rate analysis based as per Architectural and Structural drawing for RCC building, steel building, Road, culvert, bridges, ETP etc.
∎ Prepare work schedule for construction project.
∎ Rate analysis for every items.
∎ Keeping record of any additional & demolition variation work happen in site by check with site team
∎ Top Monitoring to reduce wastage percentage aiming to profitability and financial stability
∎ Preparation for target and achievement (T&A) internal project team civil, electrical, mechanical with project manager and plan for construction period and tracking the team member individual work responsibility.
∎ Check and sign contractor/vendors bills and validate as per site actual measurement. Prepare Measurement Book (MB) and prepare required bill.
∎ Preparation of comparative statement (CS).
∎ Preparation of Tender documents and BOQ, Govt. tender submission in EGP.
∎ Prepare Monthly budget for the construction department.
