Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in Human Resource Management (HRM) from reputed university
∎ Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management (PGDHRM) will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ KEY PURPOSE
∎ To assist overall HR, Admin & IR related issues for smooth factory operation.
∎ JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Coordinate recruitment activity and arrange all labors on time.
∎ Maintain attendance & leave of all staffs and security guards.
∎ To be responsible for making and renewal of all licenses, certificates and agreements required for factory operation and their proper documentation.
∎ Communicate with Government & non-Government offices as a part of industrial relation and factory administration.
∎ Monitor Compliance, Security and Factory Administration (Able to handle factory Workers)
∎ Motivate workers and maintain good relation between workers and management.
∎ Conduct and maintain manpower productivity analysis
∎ Make travel and lodging arrangements for both corporate office staffs and foreign visitors.
∎ Arrange training and monitor development of staffs along with proper data acquisition and Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ At least 5 years of proven track record of handling any Manufacturing Factory HR & Administration, Industrial Relations, Legal Compliance & Security Administration.
∎ Fluency in communications both in English and Bangla
∎ Must have computer operating skills
∎ Pleasant personality
