∎ Skills Required: Commercial

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Export Commercial, Finance & Bank Operation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all commercial activities (e.g. issuance of PI, checking the L/C received, L/C amendment, correction of L/C terms and conditions according to Bangladesh Bank rules & regulations, UCPDC-600, shipment conditions, negotiation to buyers and sellers, payment realization etc.).
∎ Maintain proper liaison with concerned agencies, trade bodies, banks, shipping line, C&F agents, transport agents, insurance companies, VAT department, production department etc.
∎ Check all export documents required at different levels (e.g. Commercial invoice, Packing List, Delivery Challan /Truck Receipt, Technical Literature, Country of Origin, others certificate)
∎ Communicate with banks for timely collection of Proceeds Realization Certificate (PRC)
∎ Maintain liaison for cash incentives of specific products.
∎ Negotiate with bank for preferential exchange rate for payment of deferred L/C on maturity date.
∎ Aging analysis of receivable for both bank and party acceptance pending.
∎ Follow up the bank and party acceptance collection on daily basis.
∎ Co-ordination and co-operation with Marketing and Accounts team regarding smooth operation of commercial activities.
