Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key Responsibilities / Input
∎ KPI monitoring to measure performance of commercial division
∎ Effectively present and communicate analysis to drive data-driven decisions
∎ Regularly assess and forecast trends, spike, fall in growth metrics to identify growth opportunities, gaps and recommend gap-minimization plans
∎ Identify the right customer segments for the right offers, create business cases, and thus assist the team in plan optimization
∎ Analyze growth initiatives and help the team determine which initiatives are performing well and which need intervention
∎ Assist team to monitor spending vs budget and maintain effective rates for Acquisition, activation, and retention
∎ Equip the team with relevant data and insights by working collaboratively with data and commercial teams
