Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Finance
∎ CA (Course completed) would be preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting Software, Accounts and Finance, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Furniture Manufacturer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of monthly/yearly financial statement (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement, owner's equity statement, etc.) based on the applicable Business Activity Statement (BAS) and Bangladesh Financial Reporting Standard (BFRSs).
∎ Timely reconciles cash application and disbursement.
∎ Establish and continuously improve accounting system, Check all general ledger and other relevant documents, Produce Management report to top management as per management required.
∎ Prepare and ensure Monthly Bank reconciliation Statements.
∎ Work with intercompany to ensure correct and timely closing and report at monthly and yearly basis.
∎ Monitoring the day to day activities of the Tax and VAT function & ensure the deduction of TDS and VDS properly.
∎ Cooperate with both External and Internal Audit team.
∎ Cooperate with Group Tax department for Tax and VAT related matters.
∎ Review the revenue recognition policy.
∎ Maintain Payable and Receivable Balance for monthly reconciliation.
∎ Monitor overdue Receivables for collection and overdue Payable for disbursement as well as regular receivables and payable.
∎ Balance updating as per management requirements.
∎ Monitor banking activities of the organization.
∎ Analyzing all kinds of vouchers, cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger etc.
∎ Any other Financial Report as and when required by the Management.
