∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Finance
∎ CACC will be given preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, cash management, Finance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze all financial transactions and organize to post in Books with maintain vouchers. (Tally Software or ERP)
∎ Prepare Monthly cash flow, Profit & Loss Account, balance sheet
∎ Prepare project wise costing, profit and Loss Account
∎ On-time monthly billing/invoice to Client as per agreement
∎ Work on TDS & VDS
∎ Staff Salary preparation and on-time disbursement
∎ Maintain impressed petty cash expenses and check the expenses allocated in the proper head
∎ Preparation of annual budget with cash flow forecast
∎ Prepare Accounts for yearly audit & income tax submission
∎ Check expense, bills/invoice and process for approval and issue payment on-time
∎ Cash, Bank and inter-company reconciliation
∎ Work with business operations
∎ Any other jobs
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Complete knowledge of TAX & VAT rules for service business and its action and implications
∎ Incumbent must be highly energetic, enthusiastic, hard working, dedicated, Motivated, pro-active and willing to work under pressure
∎ Ability to performing job independently and willing to work in a team environment
∎ Strong Communication skill in English
∎ Strong in MS Office (MS Word & MS Excel)
