Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise all sewing machine repair & mechanical installation work.
∎ Supervise all mechanical troubleshooting work.
∎ Supervise all mechanical schedule maintenance work & keep proper records.
∎ Prepare a complete work plan of mechanical maintenance & development work.
∎ Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of Juki sewing machines, pattern seamer machine auto cutter machine and related equipment.
∎ Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide quick solutions to avoid production delays.
∎ For maintenance of sewing production machine, monitoring & ensuring the periodic & timely activities are undertaken by the maintenance team with regards to the performance of all machine and equipment’s across the unit.
∎ Supervise & monitor mechanical materials requirement, time schedule, installation, maintenance support.
∎ Ensure compliance with factory safety standards and mechanical regulations.
