Job Context:
∎ Function : Production
∎ Location : Nasirabad, Chittagong
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that the company response maintenance services is delivered in an efficient and cost effective manner in accordance with the standards of the company
∎ Issuing daily work permit to ensure the work place safety as per company SOP's.
∎ Manage and execute any sorts of Engineering Jobs like -Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Perspective of any CAPEX Machineries installation Jobs or in Projects or expansion or shifting works to ensure the safe / time framed works in line with requirements of production targets
∎ Control and maintain construction safety management in all respect for the timely implementation of Project / Expansion Works to ensure Project benefits in line with the company business objectives.
∎ Control and maintain the Operational Breakdown adherence to plan ensure the plant availability keeping production target achieved.
∎ To check all related contractor invoices for completed works and financial accuracy and to certify such invoices for payment within the financial limits according to the company's policies and procedures.
∎ Liaise with consultants, contractors, staff and others as required to ensure adequate controlling of servicing delivery.
∎ Disassembling equipment & plant machineries to diagnose faulty parts, cleaning lubricating gears, adjusting bearings and shaft and replacing worn-out parts and finally reassembling the equipment & plant machineries
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 Years' experience in related field.
