Interior decorator, Interior Designing, Interior Firm, Interior Project
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Interior Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare & Submit Completed / Ongoing Interior Work bills to respective client / higher management.
∎ Prepare BOQ And BOM
∎ Checking Contractor's & Supplier's Bills with the help of Project Engineer
∎ Site visit to check actual work done against bill submitted by Contractors
∎ Attend Project Meeting at Site & Office.
∎ Attend Financial Meeting related to Projects.
∎ Attend General Meeting related to Projects.
∎ Checking estimates.
∎ Prepare Budget of the Project.
∎ Preparing purchase list in advance for phase by phase consumption that must match with the Project Schedule.
∎ Check with Delivery to ensure accurate amount of Delivery and thus submit report of Delivery Materials.
∎ Co-Ordinate with Site Engineer and Project Manager for quality and quantity assurance and then submit field report.
∎ Submit report of Phase by Phase Construction.
∎ Any other responsibilities given by Management.
∎ Engage in material related market survey
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Must have similar experience in Relevant Field of Interior Decoration Sector.
∎ Candidates not having enough knowledge in Interior Decoration Billing works is highly discourage to apply.
∎ Expert in Auto-CAD .
∎ Willing to travel different project sites all over Bangladesh.
∎ Expertise in soft drawing and coordination drawing is preferred.
∎ Must be expert on MS Office and Excel.
∎ Good knowledge about Computer operating and Specially MS Excel.
∎ Strong analytical and technical trouble shooting skills, decision-making capabilities with leadership quality and project management skills.
Salary: Negotiable
