Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform installation and troubleshooting of instrumental systems, including PID (Proportional - Integral - Derivative) Control system, PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), DCS (Distributed Control System), QCS (Quality Control System), inverter, sensor, transmitter, control valves, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems for Tissue production machines.
∎ Conduct inspections of basis weight valve, flow meter, PT (Pressure-Temperature), and RTD (Resistance Temperature Detector) to proactively reduce technical malfunctions.
∎ Analyze, diagnose, and rectify operational issues in various types of Air Compressors to ensure optimal performance and sustained productivity.
∎ Conduct inspections of instrumental systems, equipment, and machinery within the tissue plant to find out the root causes of defects and take corrective measures accordingly.
∎ Support the production team in resolving issues and optimizing departmental and operational processes.
∎ Manage and control instrumental relevant spare parts in coordination with the store with a view to efficient operations.
∎ Follow up daily maintenance schedules and logbooks, and monitor normal/abnormal parameters for accurate tracking of circumstances.
∎ Analyze trends and develop effective plans of preventive and periodic maintenance schedules for all instrumental equipment.
∎ Monitor manpower utilization, supervise the team, and bring out the highest output from the team.
∎ Maintain and update the regular operational records and prepare various reports, including preventive maintenance reports and machine breakdown reports, utilizing tools like Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and submit to the line manager as and when required.

∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Candidates having relevant experience in any paper/tissue Industry will get preference.
∎ Communication and Teamwork skills.
∎ Physically fit.
