Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that every vessel are following safe working and operational procedure in every aspect mainly for health, safety, security, and environmental issues
∎ Assist in internal vessel audits properly as per instructions and guidance.
∎ Assist in investigate accidents, incidents, and serious near misses and provide necessary observations with department head.
∎ Provide support during fleet vessel PSC inspection programs and attend any observations in coordination with tech dept for any repair /servicing etc.
∎ Assist in check and implement ISM, ISPS internal audit observations.
∎ Review all reports of non-conformities, incidents, or near misses and follow up the implementation and verification of corrective/preventive actions process along with their effectiveness.
∎ Arrange and attend safety equipment and safety radio inspection and related yearly or periodical surveys mainly for Bridge Navigation.
∎ Support shipboard personnel in the development of worksite HSQE campaigns and good practices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Practical experience in Microsoft word, excel and email correspondence.
∎ Sound written and verbal communication skill in English and Bengali.
∎ Interpersonal skill,
