Job Context:
∎ The applicant must have good computer knowledge
∎ Good Type Speed in Bangla & English
∎ MBA in HRM/Diploma in HRM will be given preference

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
∎ Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
∎ Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.
∎ Consults legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with Labor Law
∎ Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
∎ Carry out skill Gap Analysis by development of Skill Mapping format for identifying next phase of training needs.
∎ Develop Training Plan and Training Calendar for the employees based on Skill Map Analysis
∎ Conduct Annual Performance Appraisal
∎ Development of Admin Policy & Manuals
∎ Employees Empowerment, Employee Engagement, Employee Retention
∎ Prepares budget of human resources operations.
∎ Any kind of letter i.e. Note / Letters / Appointment letter / Warning / Salary Deduction letter / Adjustment of Advance letter / House Rent Agreement / Joining Report / Release Letter / reports, Control of appointments and Administrative record keeping etc. Handling all kinds of disciplinary action like Show cause, Suspension, Inquiry, Warning, Discharge, Dismissed, Termination, Maternity Leave Calculation, Grievance and Final settlement.
∎ To monitor the functional activities of occupational safety, Security, health, welfare, benefits, compensation, working environment, etc.
∎ Arrangement of transport and ensure timely payment of all utility bills and purchase essential goods.
∎ Administrative Support: Provision of adequate Human Resource, Office utilities, Logistics arrangements, Facilities maintenance, Tackling all disciplinary issues with suitable action , Vendor Management, issuing of necessary Orders, Circulars & Notices, Monitoring the work of outsourced staff
