Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop production plans to meet demand, considering inventory levels, lead times, and production capacity.
∎ Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including SCM, Product development team and quality assurance.
∎ Supervise and coordinate activities on the factory assembly line for the production of electrical switches and lights.
∎ Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
∎ Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements in the production of electrical switches and lights.
∎ Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality electrical switches and lights.
∎ Prepare detailed per-hour production reports, documenting output, efficiency, and any deviations from the production plan.
∎ Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
∎ Monitor and report on the wastage of materials during the production process.
∎ Implement measures to minimize wastage and optimize material usage.
∎ Provide training to production staff on best practices, quality standards, and safety protocols.
∎ Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure that machinery and equipment are in optimal working condition.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to production processes, quality control measures, and equipment maintenance.
