Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop cost-effective design layouts based on construction specifications and requirements.
∎ Adhere to established design guidelines and procedures.
∎ Analyze design issues and recommend corrective actions.
∎ Perform civil design analysis and calculations according to project requirements.
∎ Determine construction cost and material estimates based on civil designs.
∎ Use latest software and technologies to develop effective designs.
∎ Manage design projects within allotted timelines and budgets.
∎ Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets that meet them.
∎ Monitoring and tracking project progress, and writing up reports.
∎ Attending and scheduling meetings as required.
∎ Delegating tasks and ensuring workers receive feedback.
∎ Communicating with seniors, supervisors, and the rest of the team.
∎ Analyzing technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates.
∎ Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budgets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
∎ Should have a positive attitude, smart, work under pressure, result-oriented, quick learner, ability to work in a team and ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables.
∎ Proficiency in written and oral English, good technical skills.
∎ Conscientious and excellent attention to quality, reliability and safety
