∎ Civil Engineering with expertise in civil construction supervision, finishing works supervision, etc.
∎ Additional proficiency in-store inventory management and Computer literacy is expected.
∎ Work place: Work at Construction site office/Head office as per company requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of Civil Works, Building finishes, MEP Coordination & maintenance works, Maintaining General Ledger & Store Ledger, MPR, MRR, Materials Quality & Quantity check, etc Project
∎ Budget/Project Schedule/Project Cordination/Quality Control.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Engineer, Inventory Management, Maintainance, Supervision, Cost & Budget.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):- Real Estate.
∎ Habituated in ERP, Computer Literacy for MS Word and MS Excel.
