∎ BSc. in EEE
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Electrical Engineering, Experience Real Estate field will be preference
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise entire electrical team to ensure quality works at the project level
∎ Coordinate with the consultant regarding electrical design works
∎ Analyze project costs and ensure delivery timelines
∎ Manage electrical Sub-contractors and resolve critical issues
∎ Finalize suitable electrical equipment and materials according to the suitability of the project
∎ Supervise the design and implementation works of electrical substation, Lift, Generator, HVAC, MVS system, Automation, fire hydrants etc.
∎ Ensure all sorts of electrical related customer services
∎ Supervision of Electrical & Fabrication Works in Dhaka area & Outside of Dhaka Projects.
∎ Prepare and submit daily/weakly/monthly electrical work progress report.
∎ Co-ordination with Consultant for Electrical Design & Drawing.
∎ Inspect Electrical Circuit, Load Calculation and load Distribution.
∎ Maintain liaison with government authority such as PDB, DESCO, DPDC and REB etc.
∎ Make the demand list of spare parts & maintain proper contact with store & purchase department.
∎ Assist purchase / procurement department to install of utility services like AC, Lift, Generator, Firefighting equipment etc.
∎ Ensure Quality Check of Electrical Materials & Workmanship.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Willing to work in different projects located in Dhaka
∎ Responsible for periodic & schedule maintenance of all types of utilities/equipment’s like motors, Generator, Air Conditions, Electric Sub-Station etc.
∎ Related experience in real estate companies will be given preference
