∎ Age 30 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, Manage & Execute every day Engineering activity of the Plant.
∎ Control all the relevant technicians and maintenance operators and their output in order to meet daily maintenance activity in the plant as per direction from factory management continuously.
∎ Maintain GMP & GEP standards, ICH guidelines and Other International standards of Pharmaceutical Quality.
∎ Ensure perfect Operation of all Machinery & Equipment’s concerned including power generator, substation, Air compressor, HVAC system.
∎ Ensure optimum operation efficiency and safety.
∎ Ensure safety operation of all machinery and periodically train everyone concerned.
∎ Ensure regular and periodic preventive maintenance and equipment management.
∎ Maintain, Ensure operation with Safe guard of over all electrical and electronics equipment- PLC,HMI, MMI, Automation etc. in the plant.
∎ Collaboration working with cross-functional teams including quality control, production, R&H to ensure seamless manufacturing options.
