Automobile, Knowledge of ERP Software System is Mandatory, Logistics Distribution, MS Office Applications, sales and Distribution

Cement Industry, Steel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and execute delivery schedules to fulfill the demands of the customers.
∎ Ensure timely delivery and mitigate any delays that can hamper the overall process.
∎ Monitor delivery orders on a daily basis and identify ways to improve and increase the efficiency of the process.
∎ Keep Communication with all field marketing officers, internal department.
∎ Resolve any type of complaints related to delivery and staff.
∎ Supervise delivery reconciliation with warehouse department and ibos software.
∎ Provide follow-up to supervisor on a daily basis regarding overall progress of the operations.
∎ Build relationships with internal departments and external personnel such as suppliers for better output in the future.
∎ Ensure internal vehicle operations like driver roaster schedule.
∎ Ensure vehicle availability to respective department, vehicle maintenance and driver recruitment and management.
∎ Prepare monthly reports and reconciliation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 37 years
∎ Job Location: Munshiganj, Gozaria
∎ The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the same position.
∎ Should have mentality to work under pressure.
