Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure compliance with policies and guidelines for all factory activities.
∎ Ensure on time delivery.
∎ Maintain 100% inventory and batch accuracy.
∎ To prepared delivery schedule for crisis moment according to customer requirement.
∎ Distribution supervisor, forklift and forklift operator, vehicle loader monitoring.
∎ Vehicle program making against product order.
∎ Maintain first in first out method (FIFO) of stock while delivering the products.
∎ Take overall responsibility of distribution management process.
∎ Manage and monitor distribution expenses within budget.
∎ Coordinate with all departments for distribution related tasks.
